I’m a multi award winning screenwriter and novelist based in West Wales. I write fiction, mostly thrillers, horror and comedy, although I have published in other genres. I’ve written 23 books to date, my latest (Nematodes) being published soon. Two of my first novels were thrillers set in Barmouth (Seeds of Freedom & The Seed Cloud) about the rise and fall of a nationalist terror group. I’ve also set a number of short stories in Wales, and ghost-wrote a ‘Jack Reacher’ style thriller novel in a Barmouth setting (The Killing Farm). I’ve converted a number of my book into screenplays. Several of my scripts have been optioned. One feature is in preproduction now, plus a few shorts. I wrote the TV animated series M.A.D. (Mutually Assured Destruction) the pilot for the series winning 15 awards. I’ve had scores of short stories published, and well over 200 satirical articles published on mainly US websites. I’ve published collections of these, most notably from my ‘Letters from Llanaber’ series. Writing is my second career, and I’m a passionate and prolific scribbler.
