Mary Robinson lives near Pwllheli. She grew up in Warwickshire. She worked as a lecturer in English Literature in Cumbria. She writes poetry in English. Her themes include the environment, history, literature, art. She has written Trace (Oversteps Books 2020), Alphabet Poems (Mariscat Press 2019), Out of Time (Westward Books 2015), Uist Waulking Song (Westward Books 2012), and The Art of Gardening (Flambard Press 2010). She has won the Mirehouse Poetry Prize and the Second Light Poetry Prize.
