I’m an actor, writer and comedian from Swansea. My experience in stand-up comedy and improvisation has helped to develop and inspire much of my writing.
Whilst living in London, I worked closely with several film schools on their screenwriting courses, taking part in table reads, dissecting scripts and learning from experienced scriptwriters.
Using the skills and connections gained, I’ve written and produced short-form content for screen including films, sketches and web series. My work explores friendship, belonging, community and identity, often in a light-hearted way. Sometimes with songs.
Since returning to my hometown of Swansea and inspired by the growing theatre scene here, I began writing my first full-length play, which started life as a one-woman show. Combining my love of comedy, my limited experience in musical theatre and an overly ambitious mind, comedy-musical ‘I Need A Hero (Not About Bonnie Tyler)’ has since been developed into a 3-hander and will be going into production in 2027 with Grand Ambition.
