Daisy is a poet, spoken word artist and facilitator based in Wales. Her work is rooted in lived experience, exploring themes of identity, trauma, relationships and healing with honesty and emotional depth. Her writing is direct and unfiltered, often navigating the space between vulnerability and resilience, and inviting audiences to connect with what is often left unsaid. Alongside her creative practice, Daisy delivers spoken word workshops and community sessions designed to be accessible, inclusive and supportive. Her facilitation style prioritises connection over performance, creating spaces where participants are encouraged to write freely, reflect, and share without pressure or expectation. She is the founder of Llangollen Spoken Word, a grassroots creative night that has been running for over two years, offering a platform for both poetry and storytelling. The space is intentionally intimate and supportive, with a particular focus on encouraging new, emerging and quieter voices. It has become a place where people can share work for the first time, build confidence, and feel heard. The organisation is now expanding to support independent authors through book launch events, further championing accessible literary spaces. Her performances are intimate and affecting, characterised by a grounded and authentic presence. Whether performing or facilitating, Daisy creates space for difficult emotions to be explored with care. Daisy continues to develop her practice through writing, performance and community-based work, with a focus on widening access to creative expression and supporting wellbeing through the arts.
