Hi, I’m Dani, a former English teacher with over 20 years’ experience and an MA in Creative Writing. I live in Cardiff, surrounded by the castles, legends and coastline that make Wales such fertile ground for stories.
Writing has been my map through some of the hardest chapters of my life, and it taught me a story, like a life, can always be rewritten. That belief grew into Loveandpizza.it, my novel set in Naples, which began life as my MA dissertation and is now being relaunched in English, Italian and Brazilian Portuguese.
These days I run The Writing Shed Club, a creative writing community for women who’ve always wanted to write but haven’t quite believed they’re “real writers” yet, and I host the podcast In the Writing Shed with Dani Pescuma.
