How do you envisage the programme will help you in terms of your development?

“I’m hoping that this programme will give me the chance to grow and develop some writing ideas that have been germinating in the back of my mind for some time. I can’t wait to get in the mindset of a professional writer and develop my writing practice beyond where I’m at now.”

What are you most looking forward to as part of the programme? What are you hoping to achieve by taking part?

“I’m looking forward to the chance to learn from mentors as well as from other young writers- I can’t wait to share ideas. I’d like to be able to develop a longer project than what I’m used to at the moment.”

As a writer, where would you like to be in 5 years?

“In 5 years I’d like to feel settled as I continue to grow as a writer. I’d also love to be a published author, with more dramas and maybe even a novel under my belt. I want to get stuck in, but not stagnant!”
