The Coracle Europe Fringe is an international arts festival that has been hosted in Carmarthen since  2018. It has never had any significant funding and in 2026 a decision was taken by  members of the local arts communities to push ahead with no budget whatsoever. Collaborating at grassroots level a DIY project with a punk ethic.

Punk is … culture and resistance (Água).

The programme is hosted by and will feature artists from local communities as well as Welsh artists with national and international profiles. We also have confirmed artists from Sweden, Ireland, USA, Latvia and Catalunya. All events are subject to change due to any unforeseen circumstances, in such cases we will endeavour to update the website daily during the festival.

30 events events will be held across 5 different venues:

• Waterstones, 14-15 Guildhall Sq, SA31 1PR
