Undydd Blodeugerdd Amgylchedd Barddas
This is an invitation from Barddas Publications for poets to register on our Eventbrite page to attend a day of workshops and talks at the National Library of Wales, Aberystwyth.
This day will be an extension of our current open call for poems to be considered for an Environmental Anthology (title to follow), edited by Dyfan Lewis, which will be published in 2027.
The day will be held under the guidance and care of Meleri Davies – poet, community developer and creative practitioner, and Lowri Hedd Vaughan – writer, facilitator and creative practitioner.
This invitation is open to all poets, whether experienced or new. Our hope is to give others the opportunity to learn about community, discuss the climate crisis through creativity and reflect on the theme of ‘Imagining’. This is a free event. Food and drink will be provided throughout the day.
With thanks to the National Library’s Climate Action Programme, The Welsh Government, Community Energy Wales, Inspiring Communities Fund (Literature Wales), UNESCO City of Literature and the Books Council of Wales for their cooperation and support.
