Booking is open for NAWE’s first ever virtual conference, offering an isolation-busting opportunity for writers in educational and community settings around the UK and internationally to come together to share, network, celebrate and look forward.

The packed programme of 50+ events features workshops, panels, talks and readings across the themes of teaching creative writing, wellbeing and practice research. Plus there are lots of special events including a creative welcome from Daljit Nagra, special guests Kate Clanchy, Kit de Waal and Romalyn Ante in conversation, UK Arts Councils Literature panel discussing the landscape, challenges and opportunities facing our sector, UK Poetry Library Network in Conversation, early morning writing with Write & Shine, a funding for writers workshop, open mic and more.

The CEO of Literature Wales, Lleucu Siencyn, will be taking part in the UK ARTS COUNCILS LITERATURE PANEL discussing the landscape, challenges and opportunities facing our sector, along with Sarah Crown (ACE National), Damian Smyth (ACE NI) and Harriet MacMillan (Creative Scotland).
