Tŷ Newydd National Writing Centre will open its doors to the public on the 27th of September, as part of the CADW Open Doors programme.

The Open Day will give visitors the opportunity to explore the Grade II* listed house and gardens, while discovering more about the building’s fascinating history and its role as a centre for writers.

Authour and presenter Anni Llŷn will lead a bilingual creative writing workshop suitable for all ages, from children and families to more experienced writers. Visitors will also be able to enjoy delicious home-baked cakes and tea/coffee on the day.

Entry to the Open Day is free, and there is a very warm welcome to all, whether it’s your 1st or 100th visit!
