This is a Welsh-language course looking at how to use your personal experiences in your writing. Whether you’re writing a novel, or a collection of short stories, or maybe just keeping a personal diary – Erin will share advice on how to write from the heart and be true to your experiences whilst also being kind to yourself in the process.  

The Tŷ Newydd taster courses series will offer a whistle-stop tour of various genres and themes in both English and Welsh, to continue to inspire your writing during the winter months. Participant numbers for each taster course will be capped at 20, and the course will be delivered through the video platform Zoom. We hope to welcome you to Tŷ Newydd Writing Centre when we reopen our doors in the spring, where we offer a programme of day-long, weekend and week-long residential courses at our beautiful house in Llanystumdwy. 

The course will run between 12.00 – 1.30 pm.
