Death, loss and bereavement are central to our lives, but often in modern society we are encouraged to avoid these issues instead of sharing feelings and finding ways to accept death and loss as an inevitable part of our lives.

These workshops will encourage participants to connect and share. As well as discussion, we will use creative techniques such as creative visualisation, storymaking, writing, art, music and gentle movement and connecting to nature. Activities will depend on the interests of the group, they aren’t about skills in any creative medium but using artforms and creativity to connect to our feelings and to each other.

Sessions are facilitated by Esyllt George, registered Dramatherapist and Arts for Health and Wellbeing Facilitator. Esyllt has experience of facilitating workshops for the NHS and in the community using creative approaches to explore themes of death, loss and bereavement.

Dates to be confirmed. For further information please contact Esyllt email esylltcaerdydd@gmail.com
