Literature for Well-being Funding Scheme
In spring 2018 we will support nine projects led by Wales-based writers and artists which have been devised with a target group in mind, including those who have experienced homelessness, are seeking asylum, are survivors of domestic abuse, or are at risk of disengagement, marginalisation or exclusion.
This announcement follows a successful call-out for writers and arts practitioners to create and deliver a series of creative writing workshops in the community last August.
We believe that literature is good for us and can improve lives, and our Literature for Wellbeing Funding Scheme aims to provide individuals and communities the opportunity to tell their story and write their own futures.
