Judith grew up in Lancashire but has lived in Pembrokeshire for thirty years. She has a BA in Literature, and a Diploma in Drama and Script Writing from Swansea University. In May 2007 Judith completed a MA in Creative Writing at Trinity College, Carmarthen.
She has published poetry and short fiction in various anthologies and has won several poetry competitions. Judith has also written three children's novels. Her play, 'Play Off' was performed at the Dylan Thomas Centre in Swansea. Strima Productions have turned her stage play ‘My Little Philly’ into a film and it is now being entered into several film festivals.
Pattern of Shadows (Honno, 2010) is her first published novel. It was shortlisted in the Cinnamon Press Award. Judith is currently writing her second novel. She is a Member of Academi.
