CORNS, THOMAS

Thomas CornsThomas Corns is a Professor at the School of English, Bangor University. He has published widely in both anthologies and journals, including Modern Language Review, Eighteenth-Century Life, Bulletin of the Society for Renaissance Studies, Literary and Linguistic Computing, Prose Studies, Milton Quarterly, Proceedings of the British Academy and Milton Studies. His edited title Blackwell Companion  to Milton (Blackwell, 2001) was winner of the Irene Samuel Prize of the Milton Society of America. Thomas is the author of numerous seminal texts, most recently The Milton Encyclopedia (Yale University Press, 2009). He is a Founding Fellow of the English Association.
