Roy was educated at Lucton public school and groomed for a life out in the British Empire possibly as a minor official, probably somewhere hot. Unfortunately by the time he graduated the British Empire had expired twenty years prior and no one had told the teachers. Roy is happily divorced and lives with his two boys and a pedigree Dalmatian in South Wales, UK. He has always had a passion for literature and for the ridiculous.

Genevieve is Sunny’s complete physical opposite and is the product of an overbearing and controlling family. Sunny, on the other hand, is the child of hippies and lives in a tepee. They are both 14 going on 40 and have a very sarcastic view of the world and their surroundings.

The message in the bottle they find contains a riddle that has to be solved and as they both believe that there is treasure to be found, a friendship springs up and an adventure begun.
