BEVAN, ALUN WYN
Alun Wyn Bevan is an experienced broadcaster, rugby commentator and retired rugby referee. He worked in the field of education for over 20 years and is currently a researcher/producer for the Welsh television company Tinopolis in Llanelli. Alun has been involved in youth projects promoting the Welsh language in sports and improving the health of children living in the Rhondda Cynon Taff. He has published numerous sports-related titles with Gomer and his latest title St. Helen’s Stories (Gomer, 2007) explores the narratives behind the statistics of the great games played on the famous Swansea ground.
