Poet, performer, writer, tutor, broadcaster and arts consultant. David was born in Plymouth in 1958 and is a freelance arts consultant. He is the first chair of the National Association for Literature Development, and ran the arts programmes at the Dylan Thomas Centre in Swansea for the past 12 years. As a part of this work he directed the annual Dylan Thomas Festival and was recently commissioned to prepare a concept document for a proposed Ted Hughes Centre in the poet’s birthplace in Yorkshire. David has published four collections of poetry.
