CAFFREY, IDRIS
Idris Caffrey was born in the mid–Wales market town of Rhayader. He left Wales to find work at the age of twenty one and settled in Tamworth, Staffordshire, where he still lives today. Idris married and has four children. He started writing poetry relatively late in life, and has had work published in The North, Orbis, The Rialto and Acumen, as well as six collections to date. Idris is a Member of Academi.
