GALLIMORE, ANDREW

Born in Wales, Andrew Gallimore was educated at UCW Cardiff and the University of Oxford where he was part of the Reuter Foundation Fellowship Programme for International Journalism. A former print journalist, he became a television reporter for news and current affairs programmes. Andrew set up an independent film production house in 1996. The company’s programmes have been distributed to over forty countries. In the past four years Andrew has directed The Devil’s Gardens, a series on landmines; The War Detectives, a history of war crimes trials; and Journalism Into Genocide, a series on the history of genocide. He lives in Dublin.
