EVANS, RHYS
Rhys was born in Carmarthen and grew up in Aberystwyth. He was educated in Penweddig Comprehensive School and Hertford College, Oxford, and is now working for BBC Cymru as a journalist. Gwynfor: Rhag Pob Brad (Y Lolfa, 2005) was his first volume. It won the Academi 2006 Wales Book of the Year award (Welsh language) and has recently been translated into English.
