Poet. Journalist (retired). Born in Worcestershire, Cecilia was educated at Michael Hall Rudolf Steiner School, Sussex and Warwick University (B.Ed. Hons). She was a freelance journalist for Observer, Times Educational Supplement, Time and Tide etc and has been a resident in Wales since 1978. In 1988, Cecilia co-founded Gwyl Cricieth Festival.
