Novelist and local historian, experienced public speaker and teacher. Native of North Lincolnshire, educated at Sheffield and London Universities. Marguerite has been a resident of Talywaun since 1978. Her interests include cycling, walking, gardening and environmental issues. She was Writer in Residence at Cwmbran Library for twelve months, collecting residents’ memories and opinions about the New Town. Marguerite has written a trilogy of novels set in South Wales.
