Freelance writer. Born in Caerphilly, Corinne has a  BA Hons in Classics from Royal Holloway College (University of London) as well as a Dip Ed. She has taught for eight years and is married to a retired University lecturer. Corinne has two daughters and two grandchildren. She has published novels for children, one of which was televised in Welsh translation (also in Dutch and Danish) and also scripts for Playschool. One of her children’s novels was runner–up for Arts Council prize, and Corinne has also written many short stories for the BBC and literary magazines. She also writes reviews and articles on education and other general topics. She has translated Virgils’s Aeneid. Corinne is a Member of the Society of Authors, Academi and the Royal Society of Literature.
