Poet and story writer. Born in Pembroke and educated at Pembroke Grammar School, Swansea College of Education and Cardiff College of Education. Cliff teaches English in Blackwood, Gwent. His poems have been broadcast on radio and television and published in a variety of magazines and anthologies. Cliff’s work has been included in Old Man of the Mist (Martin Brian & O’Keeffe, 1974), Dismays and Rainbows and World Anthology. He founded Risca, Abertillery and Blackwood Writers’ Workshops. and initiated newsletters for Welsh Academy and Welsh Writers’ Union. Cliff has conducted several writing courses.
