Professional freelance writer. Born and brought up in Wales, spent 18 years in Southern Africa. Currently running Creative Writing courses for the Department of Continuing Education, University of Wales, Bangor and teaching part–time at Llandrillo F.E. College. Frances has extensive experience in journalism and radio, including scripting and presenting for Radio Botswana and publishing feature articles and magazine fiction.
