Press, PR and editing for Welsh Assembly Member and others, media coaching and part-time lecturer at University of Glamorgan. Cardiff born and based, educated at Manchester Metropolitan University, she was Welsh Labour Press Officer for nearly eleven years. She edited Making Waves in the Bay and published collections including poetry and prose. She worked for BBC Wales and Wales on Sunday and had freelance articles and photographs in The Observer, The Stage, Western Mail and others. She wrote TV comedy for Pauline Quirke, and also an award–winning stage play Standard Deviation. Other awards include Welsh Arts Council short–story competition. She ran long-running writing workshops in CBC (now Red Dragon FM), St David’s Hall and Cardiff Library and performed poetry in Cabaret 246.
