Types of books published: Dark Windows press publish the journal Patricide, which is open to submissions on a bi-annual basis. We are planning publication of books of poetry, prose and visual arts relating to surrealism. Literary and genre fiction with a surrealist bent.
Editorial policy: We accept submissions from a broad range of artists and writers. Collaborative projects are welcome as are projects with a visual element. Works are published as limited edition print runs on a not-for-profit basis.
Submission of manuscripts: Work should be complete or very near completion, submissions by email preferred. Please send a synopsis and CV for longer works. Shorter works may be sent in their entirety along with a brief CV.
Average time taken to respond to unsolicited manuscripts: One month
