Description of Periodical: Prole is a print magazine that publishes high quality, accessible poetry and prose. Prole aims to challenge, engage and entertain but never exclude. We want to reconnect readers with writers. Therefore, after publication, readers and writers will be invited to share their thoughts and experiences together on our blog.

Types of Articles Published: Poetry, fiction, creative non-fiction.

Editorial Policy: Prole promotes accessible literature of high quality. Anything that we publish will be intelligent, engaging and impact the reader in a variety of ways. We want to appeal to a wide audience and reconnect a broad readership with excellent examples of poetry and short prose. We believe that writers should be paid. We operate profit sharing pay scheme for our writers.
Submission of Manuscripts: Postal and via email. Email preferred.

Average time taken to respond to unsolicited manuscripts: Up to three weeks for initial response: either shortlist or release. Thereafter, up to three and a half months for an offer of publication.
