Young Storyteller of Wales /Storiwr Ifanc Cymru 2017: CALL OUT!

Young Storyteller of Wales /Storiwr Ifanc Cymru 2017 (YSW/SIC) will take place on Saturday 11 November 2017 in Venue Cymru in Llandudno.

If you are a young storyteller aged between 7 and 18 years of age, born in or living in Wales, or of Welsh descent, and you would like to take part, please get in touch! You can tell your story in Welsh, in English or bilingually, and enter alone or as a duo or group of three.

This year, with kind support from Venue Cymru, Arts Council Wales and Llandudno Town Council, YSW/SIC have an exciting programme of free workshops and performances for all the family, starting at midday. The competitions will take place at 3.15pm (7-11 years old) and 6.00pm (12-18 years old).

Young Storyteller of Wales /Storiwr Ifanc Cymru has taken place each year since 2009 and has been the launch pad of exciting new North Wales voices Charlotte Duckett, Bronwen Hughes, Ffion Phillips and Tom Turtle.
