Mwgsi by Manon Steffan Ros

Chapter Arts Centre, Cardiff

3rd & 4th of November 2017

Back in June 2015, Megan Davies was an ordinary 18 year old from Pwllheli in North Wales.

She’d just completed her A levels and was set for a summer full of socialising and a holiday with the girls before starting a nursing degree in Cardiff.

But on Monday 29th June, Megan’s life changed forever. On this day she was diagnosed with Hodgkin Lymphoma cancer.

Fast forward two years, and with Megan now cancer free, her brave and honest battle has been transformed into a theatre production by Frân Wen, and it’s coming to Chapter Arts Centre for TWO PERFORMANCES.

Based on the candid blog of Megan Davies, here’s a brutally honest and humorous account of a teenager living with cancer.
