‘A Poet’s View of Henry Vaughan’ by Rowan Williams.

Dr Rowan Williams is  well known for his affection and respect for the work of the seventeenth century Breconshire poet Henry Vaughan, the Swan of Usk. In his lecture, he will explore some of the overlaps and contrasts with other seventeenth century writers, especially George Herbert, and reflect on Vaughan’s use of imagery and metaphor.
