Dark Tales Monthly Short Story Contest

Deadline: last day of each month.

First prize: £100, second prize £50, third prize £25. All other shortlisted entrants receive £5. All shortlisted stories published in Dark Tales, now in its 13th volume.

Entry fee £3, extra £3 for a tick-sheet critique. Please note that by subscribing to Dark Tales for just £15 for 4 volumes entry to the contest is free.

Horror and speculative fiction of up to 5000 words is required. Entries must be previously unpublished and we only request First British and First Electronic Rights - copyright is retained by the author.
