Experienced and Passionate Consultant Required
The Welsh Government are currently advertising for a visionary cultural consultant to 'scope' a potential prospectus of creative ideas that provides an overall framework for the 2014 Dylan Thomas Centenary celebrations.
The post requires someone with: a knowledge and appreciation of the work of Dylan Thomas; imagination and experience; entrepreneurial flair and contacts; an understanding of the practical challenges involved in budgeting for, and managing major cultural events; and an awareness of the importance of consultation. The deadline for proposals is 12 noon on 27 January, 2012. The contract will be awarded during the week ending 3 February, 2012. Work must then be submitted by 24 February, with the presentation of this work to the steering group during the week commencing 27 February.
