Rack Press Poets at Presteigne Festival

Welsh publisher Rack Press is pleased to announce their presence at Presteigne Festival of Music and Arts this August. Their poetry event will feature performances from Byron Beynon, Steve Griffiths, Nick Murray, William Palmer, Philip Morre and Ian Parks.

The Kinnerton-based publisher celebrates its fifth birthday this year with the Welsh launch of its 2010 titles. The poets reading at this event include some of the sixteen poets who have now appeared under the Rack Press imprint. Rack Press has been praised by Planet Magazine as 'a welcome addition to poetry publishing in Wales'

This year’s Presteigne Festival is taking place from Thursday 26 to Tuesday 31 August. Now in its twenty-eighth year the festival has a long tradition of supporting young artists and specialises in the promotion and presentation of contemporary classical music.
