MYscellaneoUS

MYscellaneoUS is a new quarterly magazine which will showcase hidden, raw talent in Wales. With access to advice, a broad network of contacts and a team of exceptionally talented individuals it aims to provide a platform for the dissident voice of the arts scene in Wales.

Each issue will be supported by an eclectic ‘Night for the Unsung’ where magazine contributors will have the opportunity to perform their work. The ‘Nights for the Unsung’ are a radical, bohemian mix of live music, performance poetry and stand-up comedy. The first event will take place in Spring 2010.

MYscellaneoUS are currently collecting submissions for their first issue. The theme for the issue is 'First Times'. They are looking for 4-6 poems, 500-800 words of fiction, flash fiction would be ideal. However they are pretty flexible, so if you have any suggestions of your own just let them know.
